I need these turned in to me (Jerry Engler) no later than Saturday, July 11. You can give them to me at the meet or place them in my mailbox in the office. I'll put a couple of recent programs in the office so you can get some ideas of winning designs in the past. A $50 cash prize is awarded by the League to the winning 11 and older design and the winning 10 and under design.

These are also due Saturday, July 11. Check out the past programs in the office to get ideas of what people have done in the past. We use 2 pricing options. This is often confusing---so I'll do my best to expain it.

OPTION 1: Personal messages. You simply want to place a message or a photo in the program to cheer on your swimmers and their teammates. We don't charge any mark-up for these messages---in other words, you pay what we have to pay to the League. Full page cost is $20; half-page is $10. We don't accept messages of less than one-half page.

OPTION 2: Business ads. You want to place an ad for your business, your friend's business, or any other business that wants to reach approximately 1,000 East Bay families. We charge the recommended league rate for business ads: $80 for a full page; $40 for half-page; $20 for a quarter page; $10 for a business card. Part of the proceeds from business ads go directly to our team, as explained in the attached flyer. Deadline to turn in Personal Messages or Business ads is Saturday, July 11. Give them directly to me, or place them in my box. The better quality your message or ad, the better it will reproduce in the program. You may want to use photo-quality paper. All photos will be reproduced in black and white. If you are doing a half-page message, please reproduce it on an 8 1/2 x 11 sheet and DO NOT CENTER IT.
